Exchange

I believe life on earth offers us rich lessons in cycles, balance and the beauty of being in flow with our own natural rhythms - our true human nature.

It is important to me to be intentional & mindful of all areas of my life - particularly the flow of giving and receiving.

I am beyond grateful to receive financial exchange from the services I offer, as well as experiences, gratitude, trust, relationships, homebaked goods and many other acts of love or exchange.

It is my intention to give in equal flow. While I find ‘giving’ much easier - there are many lessons in finding a balance. I will not list all of the ways I give back to life - however I would like to keep record here of financial gifts - as I couldn’t do this without the financial exchange I receive from people who work with me. I like to think these gifts are from ‘us’.

After attending to general costs of living & activities that assist with my physical, mental and spiritual wellness - I allocate finances to send back into projects or initiatives that are in line with my values. As these are from ‘us’ - I hope that you also find moral value in where this abundance is flowing.

In addition to the financial exchange I receive from therapy sessions - community has also assisted with funding two really important things to me!

In 2022, I went to my first ecstatic dance class at the Wise Women’s Gathering. It was called Dancing Freedom. After this class, I immediately knew I had reconnected with a soulmate - in practice form. I decided that I would like to become a facilitator to hold sessions in my community. $2420 of $5200 was raised to go towards my training.

In 2021, community members assisted with the purchase of a large 34inch powwow drum for therapy sessions. This drum can fit up to 4 people around it. The drum was made in ceremony by Erik Milton - of the Native American Mountain Maidu tribe in California.
$1278 of $2750 (incl. customs and postage fees) was raised (Powwow Drum).
